Subdivision Development
Goldrush Drive
The Goldrush Drive Extension project in Quispamsis, NB, involved the strategic design and construction of a ten-lot residential subdivision with a focus on sustainable infrastructure and environmental compliance. Led by EBH, the project included roadway extensions, sanitary sewer installation, a comprehensive stormwater management system, and an assessment of groundwater resources. Challenges related to wetland proximity, drainage capacity, and municipal standards required thorough engineering analysis and stakeholder coordination. The result is a well-planned subdivision that balances residential growth with responsible infrastructure design.
Saint John Waterfront Rejuvenation
The uptown waterfront in Saint John, N.B. has been undergoing a major redesign over the last few years to serve the city's changing needs. Today, the community space near Market Square stands revitalized as Ihtoli-maqahamok — The Gathering Space — honoring its history as a central meeting point. EBH is excited to have played a small role as a sub-contractor on the transformational project lead by the City of Saint John.
